Description We currently have a need for a project manager to assist us with the development of a project that will allow us to interface our Loyalty systems with multiple 3rd party Internet coupon providers. This contractor will be responsible for initiating and leading a project to implement the procedures and processes related to setup, maintenance, and delivery of electronic coupons to customers at POS. The first specific implementation will be to support coupons delivered through a 3rd party known as SOFTCOIN. We are looking for a dynamic, hands�on project leader to lead this effort. These enhancements will significantly improve what we are able to offer our loyal customers across the enterprise. You will be on the front line of the Customer First strategy that is driving Company results.
Responsibilities: � Provide overall project leadership in the development and implementation of this project.
� Manage the development and testing effort of the various teams that will be involved.
� Keep management and all stakeholders informed of project progress.
� Manage project meetings with support groups and users.
� Ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget and quality constraints.
� Direct technical team and vendor efforts in resolving technical issues, and implementing enhancements to the new system.
� Manage resolution and reporting of all significant issues to appropriate levels of management.
� Work closely with support groups, including network, AIX, and Windows to ensure all changes to systems are communicated to the support groups and the user groups.
� Manage relationship between the Loyalty Marketing, POS, POS Host and Infrastructure Management teams in the development and implementation of this project.

Required Skills: � Project leadership skills & experience, including proficient testing skills and techniques are required. Attention to detail is essential.
� Experience developing project plans, resource plans, costs and benefits for large-scale projects.
� Ability to communicate effectively with all audience levels including senior level executives, business users and entry-level developers.
� Excellent administrative management skills, including oral and written communication.
� Strong analysis skills, plus a strong commitment to customer service.
� Able to successfully work in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
� Experience with Loyalty Marketing concepts and technology would also be a plus, but is not required
� Ability to travel when required.
