Filipino Needed as Secretary or Receptionist

AQUA DIVING SERVICES LTD
is currently in need of a secretary or receptionist with background in accounting.

Qualification, duties and responsibilities include:

1. Will meet and greet visitors and ensure conference rooms are ready and meetings scheduled accordingly

2. Handling incoming and out-going calls and dealing with inquiries.

3. Will be liaising with couriers and managing general administration for the front office area.


4. Will encompass secretarial duties which will include diary management, travel co-ordination, typing documents, and general correspondence.

5. Will be assisting in the preparation and monitoring of all PRO related works.

( • ensuring that all visa applications, Visit, Employment, Residence, Termination, work permits, & followed up properly to avoid unnecessary violations. • assist our PRO's labor cards are monitored, presented and completed on time in order to comply with Gov’t laws and regulations. • ensure all License applications and official approvals and permits are in the preparation on processing of documents such as Trade License, attestation of rent contract and the like in government offices • Responsible for renewing licenses of company cars, vessel and equipments and insurances.)

6.Candidates need to have excellent computer skills (key skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel ) as there is also a large degree of administration involved

7.Fluent spoken and written English skills are a pre-requisite

8.Well presented and highly professional individuals

9.College graduate

10.With related secretarial experience.

11. Willing to start immediately.

( Office is based in Al Quoz Dubai, Salary range: AED 3,000- 4,000 )
