SECRETARY AND ENGINEERING POSITION

I. Documentation Engineering


Qualification, duties and responsibilities include:



* Knowledge of company reporting and project control processes

* Coordinating projects

* Quality control of documentation

* Ability to understand engineering drawings and processes

* Understanding of contract terms and conditions

* Good ability to write technical reports and operational summaries related to diving and offshore operations

* Set up safety management system in line with company Policy

* Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments

* Examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data

* Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.

* Prepare technical reports and memorandums.

* Knowledge on commercial diving, IMCA guidelines, ISO and QHSE is required.

* CSWIP 3.40 certification is an advantage

* Video reviewing, voice over and data recording

* AutoCAD and technical drawing sketches, etc.

* Recording all calibration equipment of all diving operations and vessel

* ISO Internal Audit

* Implementing procedures for diving and marine vessels

* Vessel certification and documentation tracking

* Divers certification and documentation tracking

* Mechanical Engineering graduate

II. Secretary/Reception ist with background in shipping or diving services companies.



Qualification, duties and responsibilities include:



* Will meet and greet visitors and ensure conference rooms are ready and meetings scheduled accordingly

* Handling incoming and out-going calls and dealing with enquiries.

* Will be liaising with couriers and managing general administration for the front office area.

* Will encompass secretarial duties which will include diary management, travel co-ordination, typing documents, and general correspondence.

* Will be assisting in the preparation and monitoring of all PRO related works.

* ( • ensuring that all visa applications, Visit, Employment, Residence, Termination, work permits, are followed up properly to avoid unnecessary violations. • assist and monitor our PRO work to ensure jobs are presented and completed on time in order to comply with Gov’t laws and regulations. • ensure all License applications and official approvals and permits are in the preparation . • processing of documents such as Trade License, attestation of rent contract and the like in government offices • Responsible for renewing licenses of company cars, vessel and equipments and insurances.)

* Candidates need to have excellent computer skills (key skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel ) as there is also a large degree of administration involved

* Fluent spoken and written English skills are a pre-requisite

* Well presented and highly professional individuals

* College graduate

* With related secretarial experience.

* Willing to start immediately.

* Preferable on husband or visit visa

* Office is based in Al Quoz Dubai, Salary range: AED 3,000- 3,500
